Meet Rosa
Rosa is a tiny 3lb chihuahua who came from a horrible hoarding situation. Because of her background she is still very shy and nervous but is making great strides every day. She is very attached to her sister/mama. It would be great if they could stay together. Because she is such a tiny little girl, she will need a home with no little humans who might not realize how fragile she is. Also no big dogs who could accidently hurt her. She will need someone with patience and understanding that will give her the time she needs to adjust. She's doing great with using pee pads, has a geat appetite and funny personality.
