Meet POPPY

Hi my name is Poppy.  I am a super sweet 2 year old chihuahua.  I am the best little girl you will ever find.  My foster mom says that I am so easy to care for.  I get along great with all the other dogs in my foster home whether they are small like me or bigger.  I am a little afraid of the really big one though and would definitely prefer a home with doggies my size.  I am also very good with the cats.  I was not house trained when I was first rescued but am doing so much better now.  We are in & out a lot and that has definitely helped.  As you can see from my pictures I love to be outside.  I am never out there alone though as I am too small to be safe.  I don't want one of those big birds to get me.  I would love a mom and dad that like to be outside and who will hang out there with me.  Maybe they would even take me for walks!!  I would love that.  A small fenced in area would be great too.  That way I can get my daily smells in.  I am spayed, current on all my shots, heartworm negative and microchipped.  To be considered for my forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at [email protected].  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Poppy is currently in Tennessee and can be transported north upon adoption.)

Adoption Process
All potential adoptors must complete the application request form on any dog. Before placing a dog with an adoptor Critter Companion conducts a vet check to ensure proper health, gets the dog up to date on all shots and neuters the dog.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
