To apply to adopt this dog now, complete our adoption application HERE To see our upcoming events where you can meet some of our dogs, please see HERE Age: 5 years (as of 6/25/23) Weight: 37 lbs (as of 6/25/23) This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Beaux is as handsome as they come! He can be timid and shy when meeting new people, but give him a half hour or so and you're good to go. He's a laid-back kinda guy and doesn't mind at all if you just want to chill on the couch. He does have the basics down: potty trained, fine in a crate and most probably does fine on leash. He's good in the car should you wish company while running errands. He does like to play fetch and play with toys and is not above being a big ol' goof bucket. He may enjoy puzzle toys (to keep his mind sharp) and enough exercise to keep in shape. Beaux is looking for a home that's on the quieter side with not a lot of "stranger" foot traffic. If this sounds like you and your home, then he would really like to connect with you! Fill out an application today for this handsome dude and one of our Awesome Adoption Counselors will be in touch! Beaux Corgi's backstory: He was owner-surrendered with a younger female Corgi because the owner became pregnant and had to move in with family. She was not able to take the dogs with her. An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this. To apply for this dog, fill out an adoption application on our website: www.sosarl.org/aa/ * Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
