Voted 2025 Class Clown at our Adoption Center!  This bubbly and happy-go-lucky dog spreads joy with every step he takes. Mac, 1.5 years old and 48 pounds, has kind eyes and big open heart ready to become part of your family! We affectionately refer to Mac as a fetch-a-holic! When out in the yard, after he does a quick perimeter sniffari, Mac turns his attention to any available ball and promptly drops it at your feet ready for your game! He also knows the command Out and will happily drop the ball out of his mouth when asked. When you reach down to grab the ball, he backs up with focused attention on you wagging his tail back and forth with excitement! Toss the ball and he’s off to search for it.. rinse and repeat! Not only is Mac a blast to be around, but he is also incredibly well-trained. He knows all the basic commands like sit, down, paw, wait at doorways, go to your place, and stay. His obedience and eagerness to please make him such a fantastic companion. Affectionate and loving, Mac greets everyone he meets with a wiggle butt and wide eyed grin. Imagine coming home to that every night? Pure bliss! Mac has never lived with a dog before but we are socializing him more and more while he’s at the Adoption Center. We believe he would do well with a playful female mate. Come out and meet this perfect boy Mac! You may just find the dog of your dreams!
