Meet Lexi

This is Lexi. If you look at her long enough, you can see she has a gentle nature and an enthusiasm for life. She knows how to shine in any setting. She is ready to shine big and bright with her charming and inviting personality. Lexi is an Australian cattle dog mix at around 8 months old and currently weighing around 23 pounds. She is on the small side now but at her young age, she will grow some more. It is estimated that she will be a medium size gal of anywhere up to 60 pounds. She will not be too big or too small, but she will be just right. She will be just right of a fit for her forever family to. She has boundless love, and she is looking to spread it far and wide. Her easy-going nature makes is a breeze to meet new friends. Lexi is kid and dog friendly and will enjoy time with everyone. She has not met a cat since coming into rescue so it is unknown how she would be with a feline companion. This girl is sure to be the center of attention with her unique markings. That is just the tip of the iceberg as she will mingle well with playtime activities from anything that involves dog toys, running in a secure area or hiking in the park. She is more than willing to get the most out of exploration, fun adventures and finding the ideal resting spot on the sofa for napping. All of her house, crate and leash training are in progress. She is making strides to perfect her techniques and then she will be ready to move on and learn some commands or perhaps some tricks in her future. You could travel far and wide to search for your next canine companion, but your heart will bring you right back to Lexi. Take the next step to bringing Lexi into your life. * When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine.
