Buffalo CARES was started by 7 people who have worked together for years at various other rescues. We started this rescue because we wanted to make sure our rescue was run the right way. We saw a need for a rescue in the Buffalo, NY area that would help & rescue local dogs. The majority of our animals are local animals.

Meet Rose

Hi, I'm Rose, a 2 year-old miniature poodle. I am a sweet girl who is becoming more confident every day. I love nothing better than to be pet and snuggling with my foster parents. I am crate trained and working hard on my potty training and leash training - I'm doing a great job! One of my favorite things to play with are stuffed toys. I get along well with the two other dogs in my foster home, they are really teaching me the ropes. If you think I would be perfect for your family, please fill out an application at buffalocares.org Adoption Fee: $500     RR048

Adoption Process
All adoptions require, reference checks, vet reference checks, home visits, meet & greets. From there we will determine if that applicant is right for the dog they are interested in. At the adoption, a contract will be signed and an adoption fee will be paid. Fee's are based on the specific dog. Puppies, adults, bully breeds or special needs.
