Meet Roscoe

Roscoe is a beautiful red & white male with vibrant blue eyes. He was abandoned when his uncaring family moved away and literally left him behind, alone in the backyard. Despite this, his husky spirit has overcome his past and he's full of love and affection. Roscoe gets along well with other dogs, but he can be a bit "bossy" with them. We think he might do best as an only dog with someone who is retired or works from home. He wants nothing more than to be your best friend and he'll follow you around the house and be your constant companion. Roscoe is house-trained and generally calm and well-mannered indoors. He has a great personality but he can be sensitive to rough handling, so he'll need a confident and experienced husky owner with a gentle touch. If you open your heart to this loving guy and give him a chance, you'll have a friend for life!   Like other dogs in our overwhelmed rescue group, Roscoe is currently in boarding and really needs a foster home or a forever home. If you're interested in fostering or adopting Roscoe, please contact Kirt at 505-280-8908. We and Roscoe thank you for your interest!
