Meet Nac Conley TX

Conley is a 7-8 month old Chihuahua mix whose owners passed away recently. He weighs in at a big 12 lbs, has had his first round of shots and will be neutered on 6/5. He will receive his second round of shots a couple of weeks after that. Conley is full of energy and personality, loves to play with people and other dogs, has a great appetite and is working on housebreaking. He has never met a toy he didn’t like but is scared of foster mom's chickens! He is crate training but sleeps best snuggled up with his person. He would do best in a home with at least one other dog who likes to play. Conley can be pretty wary of men at first but warms up quickly if the male can remember to be soft spoken and gentle and go slowly with him. Adoption Process
Potential adopters will submit an adoption application. The adopters information will be screened including veterinary and personal references. After the first round of screening they will get the chance to meet the pet. If it is a good match, as deemed by NSPR volunteers, the adopter will complete an adoption contract and pay the fee of 375.00. All animals will be spayed/neutered and fully vetted prior to adoption. The only exception would be small puppies in which case the adopter will submit an additional deposit refundable upon proof of spay/neuter. In the event an animal is no longer wanted, the adoption contract will stipulate that the animal always gets returned to us, and is never sold, given away, or surrendered to another rescue or shelter.
