Burlington County Animal Alliance

Burlington County Animal Alliance is a private, independent, 501(3)(c) nonprofit animal advocacy group, that was founded in 1999 by Lorraine Schrieber and Barb Giano who have a love for animals. To date, we have around 60 members of BCAA. We focus primarily on rescue and adoption of shelter dogs and cats in high kill shelters and surrounding areas in New Jersey. Our main focus is to make the public aware of the numbers of homeless dogs and cats there are in shelters and to promote adoption of these animals. We advocate spaying and neutering of all companion animals to counteract the overpopulation of dogs and cats and to end the tragedy of euthanizing healthy, unwanted companion pets.

Hi, my name is Terry and I might just be the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet! At just 5 months old and 25 pounds, I’m the perfect mix of playful and snuggly. I get along great with people, kids, other dogs, and even cats! I love playing with my foster’s dogs—they’ve become my best buddies—and I’m always up for a game of tug-of-war or chasing a ball.I’ve got lots of puppy energy and love to be part of the action, but I’m also a champion snuggler who gives the best kisses. I walk well on a leash, enjoy car rides, and I’m very smart. I’m doing great with potty training and learning to be okay in a crate (though I’d definitely rather be out with you). I even sleep through the night without any accidents—especially when I get to curl up on the bed!I’m looking for a forever home filled with love, toys, and someone who’s ready for lots of fun and cuddles.
