Meet Tarzan

  Meet Tarzan and Zanzibar, 15 week old mixes of Shepherd and Retriever weighing only 15 pounds but destined to weigh 50 pounds.  Both brothers have a wonderful temperament as seen in how they treat people, other dogs, and even cats. These sweeties enjoy playing with toys and running around in the yard where they can show off their medium length coats of solid black or brown and black.  These brothers would make great family pets.  They’re terrific!  (posted 3/29/23/ME)    **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $375 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  

Adoption Process
Potential adopters file application, including references; if approved, referred to foster mom/dad with any questions and in order to determine suitability of adopter. Adopters sign contract and pay adoption fee and upon delivery, pay transport fee. Adopters are provided with medical records and required to spay/neuter dog at appropriate age. requirements: adopters must be over 21; spay/neuter dog at 6 months
