Meet Mateo

What sweetness! His name is Mateo, and he was found on the streets with mange. Just a puppy, he was found on the streets with mange. I said that again in case you missed it the first time. He's fine now at 3 1/3 months old, but just imagine this11 pound Lab mix roaming the streets alone and sick. Well, he isn't alone now, and he doesn't have mange anymore. He's a fellow with a handsome white coat who will grow into an even more handsome boy of 45 pounds. He's friendly, playful, outgoing, and wonderful to have around. Isn't it something that a pup with his past would burst forward into a great life, forgetting his beginnings? (posted 5/15/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **

Adoption Process
Potential adopters file application, including references; if approved, referred to foster mom/dad with any questions and in order to determine suitability of adopter. Adopters sign contract and pay adoption fee and upon delivery, pay transport fee. Adopters are provided with medical records and required to spay/neuter dog at appropriate age. requirements: adopters must be over 21; spay/neuter dog at 6 months
