  Meet Alfalfa, a sweet and lovable boy who is ready to find his forever home! This charming 2–3-year-old, 50lb Boxer-Hound mix is a laid-back, easygoing pup with a heart full of affection. Alfalfa gets along with everyone including kids and other dogs, making him a perfect addition to a home with furry (and human) friends. He’s also great on a leash, so walks are a breeze for this good boy. Alfalfa’s personality shines with his loving, puppy-like nature. He’s always ready to show affection and enjoys being around people—so much so that he accompanies his foster mom to work fitting right in with the office routine. With his calm, intuitive presence, he could easily be considered a service dog, even without the official certification. During a recent visit to the orthopedist, it was discovered that Alfalfa had previously been shot—an old injury that went undiagnosed until now. He needs to wear a boot on his left rear leg to support mobility and make it more comfortable for him to walk. Despite this, Alfalfa remains resilient, gentle, and full of love   Neutered and up to date on vaccines, Alfalfa is all set for his next big adventure.
