Meet MAGGIE
My name is Maggie and I am a 6 month old, 10 pound, little girl whose dad was a Yorkie and my mom was a Maltese/Chihuahua. Gosh I have some of the best looking small breed combinations all mixed up in to one little pretty body! I am a very good little puppy and my former place where I was born, decided they could not keep me and my sister to wait and see who adopted us, so they gave us away to this rescue lady who scooped us up and away we went to the vet and eventually to get spayed. I am playful, loving, confident and not shy. I do like other dogs big and small, but when some of the other dogs decide to pick on me I really hold my own. I am not totally housebroken but getting closer every day. I am just a little girl learning the ropes right now and one day I may get to be no bigger than 15 pounds as an adult. I do love to sit on your lap and let you pet me and tell me how adorable I am. It is always nice to hear sweet things coming from a dog loving human. I do have some spunk and energy and I would love to run around in a fenced yard. Not being at the end of a leash all the time would be nice. If you love black scruffy dogs then I am your girl for life! Please email your interest in me to [email protected] and ask for an application. I am in the Nashville, Tn area and ready for a new home and to hope on the doggie and cat transport van to ride up any day now to go home with an adopting family. PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site. The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive. Contact us at 615-661-5333 or [email protected]
Adoption Process
All potential adoptors must complete the application request form on any dog. Before placing a dog with an adoptor Critter Companion conducts a vet check to ensure proper health, gets the dog up to date on all shots and neuters the dog.
