Meet Tabitha

Tabitha was found as a stray running with another dog in a South Jersey neighborhood. Both dogs were brought to the shelter and her running mate was adopted, no one came for her so we decided to take her into our rescue.  Tabitha is a young girl likely between 1 and 2. She is petite at 36 pounds  She loves everyone she meets and is very affectionate.  Tabitha walks well on a leash and is very playful. We are working on basic commands with her.   Children older than 6 should be fine for this sweet girl as she jumps up for hugs. We are working on that now. She is good with other dogs and will be cat tested for an approved adopter. Submit an application online at njshpetrescue.org.  We REQUIRE a home visit and will only place our pets within 60 minutes of Chester, NJ.

Adoption Process
Adopters apply, a contract is completed upon adoption. Fees are: $425.00 and dogs 9+ $225
