PAWS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia’s homeless, abandoned, and unwanted animals. PAWS is Philadelphia's largest no-kill shelter and is working to make Philadelphia a city in which every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home. Through its adoption locations, special events, and foster care network, PAWS finds loving homes for thousands of animals each year.In March 2010, PAWS opened a low-cost, high-volume spay/neuter and wellness clinic serving pet owners and rescues in an effort to keep pets healthy and reduce the homeless pet population. Located in the Grays Ferry section of the city, the Clinic serves pet owners who have difficulty affording or do not have access to basic veterinary care (sterilization, vaccinations, treatments for upper respiratory infections/parasites/fleas, etc.) and rescue organizations that need affordable spay/neuter surgery and basic veterinary care to carry out their lifesaving work. Support for PAWS funds lifesaving initiatives including adoption and foster care programs, spay/neuter surgeries, low-cost vaccinations, and other efforts, all of which help reduce and will ultimately eliminate the unnecessary killing of Philadelphia's animals. Donations to PAWS are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

A Hot New Bombshell has entered the villa! This gorgeous girl is turning heads and stealing hearts everywhere she goes. Playful, cuddly, and full of personality, she’s the total package! Hot New Bombshell is super friendly and absolutely loves being around people of all ages. She also has previously lived well with other dogs and cats—a true socialite with everyone, and very "family orientated"! Bombshell also has "main character energy" in the best way: flopping into your lap for attention, snuggling up right next to your head at night, and proudly parading her favorite crinkly toys. She’s sweet, curious, sometimes silly, and a total lover at heart! Hot New Bombshell does best with patience, positive reinforcement, and someone who listens—because she’s very good at communicating what she wants (including politely guiding you home or to bed when she’s ready for a nap). She would love a home where she can fully relax, and since she’s still building confidence with spending time on her own, a flexible schedule would also be a big plus. Hot New Bombshell is also house trained, a great walker on leash, and a fun co-pilot for road trips. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and totally iconic new love, this bombshell is ready to couple up for life! Adoption fees are: Dogs: $150 Puppies (under 1 year): $200 Cats: $50 Kittens (under 6 months): $75 All adopted animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
