She is a medium to high energy dog who would love an active family to take her on adventures. Sunni loves spending time with her family and basks in their affection. She is happy to be included in anything her family does whether it be a morning hike or a movie night on the couch, she’s there. Sunni has never met a stranger and loves everyone she meets with her whole heart. Sunni is a hugger and would do best with older dog savvy children. With her playful nature Sunni does well with other dogs with proper introductions, but would likely not do well with cats. Sunni is fully house trained and is mostly crate trained. She sleeps soundly in her crate overnight without a peep and often puts herself in her crate for her daytime naps. Sunni can sometimes be vocal when her family leaves during the day, but settles quickly. Her favorite part of the day is going on walks with her family. Sunni is continuing to work on her leash skills and is making great progress in her foster home. She is an intelligent girl and has already mastered “sit”, “lay down”, and “crate”. She is currently learning “stay”. She would thrive in a family who can provide continued training, consistency, routine and a whole lot of love. Are you ready to chase some sunsets with sweet Sunni?  Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. If you cannot find a particular dog on our website, he/she may be on a temporary foster hold. All dogs are otherwise posted until they are officially adopted.
