Meet Gabriel

Two year old Gabriel came from GA earlier this year. This adorable boy is currently in foster with two other dogs his own size and really doing well there. He loves playing in the yard with them,  and then settles quickly. He loves to meet new people and is friendly with everyone he's met including the Amazon driver.  Kitties - despite doing well initially, he is just TOO focused on them.  Gabe is super playful and wants to play tug of war with anything he can find. If you drop it he loses interest. I am buying a leash that has a chain instead of cloth so hopefully he learns he can’t do this with the leash (which is one of his favorite things to play tug with)   As far as leash walking, he tests the boundaries and after some corrections stops pulling and walks with a loose leash. He loves to play with everything -- all puppy behavior -- but towels, leashes, blankets are all likely candidates. He loves his Kong toys, and that's a great trade. Gabriel is hearing impaired, and his foster mom is working with him on hand signals. He is a wonderful boy.  Constantly makes us feel dumb talking to him & him not hearing a thing.   4theloveofdog.org
