For the Love of Dog rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes rottweilers in the northeastern US. Established in 2004, we have rehomed more than 1200 dogs. For the Love of Dog - Rottweiler Rescue of New Hampshire is a New Hampshire corporation and a registered charity in New Hampshire operating under the federal tax exempt status of 501c3. The organization is also a licensed animal shelter in the state of New Hampshire, a good-standing member of the Mayor's Alliance of New York City and the Animal Rescue Network of New England.

DNA-Tested Rottie Mix: Yes, it’s official—he’s a Rottweiler mix, and he’s proud of it! Family-Friendly: He has lived with children and would do well with sturdy kids.  Why He’s Looking for a New Home: Koontash and his littermate had a disagreement over a high-value treat, and his previous family decided it would be best to re-home him to ensure both dogs could thrive.  He would do well as an only dog or with a submissive dog. What He Needs: Koontash would do best in a home where he can be the center of attention or with a family that understands how to manage high value items. He’s a sweet, loyal companion who just needs a little guidance to shine his brightest.
