Meet Anari

Hello there! My name is Anari, and I'm a lovely 2-year-old lady with a heart as big as the Georgia sky. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and how I ended up looking for my forever home.  My foster momma calls me a Pocket Rott, I guess because I’m small enough to fit in your pocket!   I was discovered wandering the streets of Atlanta, with my pal, Sevi. But fate had something wonderful in store for us because I was scooped up and brought into a shelter, which eventually got me to my foster family. Despite my rough start, I'm a resilient pup with a spirit that shines bright. I might be small, but I've got a huge appetite for life and all the tasty treats it has to offer! Yep, you guessed it—I'm quite food-driven and eager to learn, especially if there's a delicious reward involved. Now, let's talk about my favorite things: snuggling and being close to you! Oh, there's nothing that makes my butt wiggle faster than curling up beside you, feeling your warmth, and knowing that I'm loved. I'm a total cuddle bug, and I'm not shy about showing my affection.  I also love romping around the yard with a ball or toy! I will bring it back and drop it at your feet, eagerly awaiting you to throw it for me again! Sure, I might need a little help with my house manners—I mean, who doesn't have a few things to learn, right? But I promise to put in the effort because making you happy is what I'm all about. With a patient and understanding family by my side, I know I can become the best doggy companion anyone could ask for. I live with my doggy foster brother, who I really like and my foster sister, Sevi, who I came into the shelter with.  We have had some tussles lately, so my foster momma thinks I wouldn't mind being  your only girl dog.  I can’t help that I’m a strong, independent female.  I have a teenage hooman foster sister who I love so much!  I can get a little excited and jumpy sometimes, so older kids would be best for me.  I don't live with cats now, but I did meet them before I left GA, and I was ok with them (see my video!)  So, if you're looking for a sweet and snuggly sidekick who's ready to fill your days with love and laughter, look no further than me, Anari! Let's embark on this journey together and create paw-some memories that'll last a lifetime. Come meet me, and let's see if we're a match made in doggy heaven! eastern PA location
