Meet Mr. Rogers

We are a matched based adoption agency, if you see a dog in our program in which you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online application at kcpaws.org and one of our adoptions counselors will be in touch once your application has been screened. Please note that we do require dogs to meet all members of the family including existing pets in the home before finalizing during your in home adoption. Mr Rogers is about 12 years old, up to date on all necessary vetting, and microchipped.  Mr Rogers, much like his name sake, is the sweetest, gentlest soul you will ever meet. He was dumped at our facility, and was very overweight and had many health problems upon arrival. After some time and a lot of love from our staff, Mr. Rogers is finally looking for a home of his very own! He is very tolerant of children, but would probably prefer older kids that will respect his boundaries. He does well with other dogs, and goes out in play groups every day! Mr. Rogers is looking for a nice place to retire and live his best life. Apply to meet him!

Look for other dogs for adoption!
