Meet Malik-CL

This dog is a courtesy listing for one of our rescue partners Allen County Animal Rescue Facility. They are a rural animal control shelter near Iola KS. Many dogs are brought to their facility after being found as strays, dumped, surrendered, or brought in by the city. However, because they are in such a rural town, they have a very small pool of adopters and have a hard time finding homes for the dogs in the shelter. Our promise as their rescue partner is that should someone apply through us, we will handle any transportation needed to get the dog to their forever home, we will assist with home visits, dog intros and anything needed to help get these dogs out of the shelter and into loving homes. Please fill out our online dog adoption application if you are interested in adopting this pet.  Malik is 4 years old, neutered, up to date on all necessary vetting. His adoption fee is $175. Meet Malik! This sweet boy will take his time getting to know you, but once he is comfortable, he is the best buddy you'll ever have! He is the snuggliest baby, so if you're looking for a 60-pound lap dog, Malik is your guy! He has the cutest little piggy snorts when he gets excited, and they really come out when he sees a treat! Malik loves to play with other dogs, but will need a feline free home. Since he is shy, a home with small kids would not be a good fit for him.
