Meet Portabella

We are a matched based adoption agency, if you see a dog in our program in which you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online application at kcpaws.org and one of our adoptions counselors will be in touch once your application has been screened. Please note that we do require dogs to meet all members of the family including existing pets in the home before finalizing during your in home adoption. Portabella is 1 year old, and about 20 pounds. This sweet girl came to us from a home that could no longer care for her. Her whole world was turned upside down and she was really scared of the world. Now, with a little bit of TLC and worldly experience, Portabella is THRIVING and she is ready to take on a new journey with a new family! Portabella plays well with other dogs, but true to her chihuahua roots, she can be a bit bossy at times. She is just the perfect mix of snuggly and playful and she would fit into pretty much any home that is looking to add a new companion! Could you be her new home?

Look for other dogs for adoption!
