Country Acres Rescue

My name is Ruth Parrish, I am the executive director. I would be the second contact for our group. My e-mail is [email protected] Nicole Thompson is the founder and 1st contact. We rescue stray cats & dogs without homes, we will do euthanasia rescues from a couple shelters. Some owner turn ins as well, of dogs mostly. We do try and take back any animal that has been adopted from us as space permits if the adopter can't keep them. We want to help as many dogs & cats find homes as we can and help stop the overpopulation by getting everybody spayed & neutered.

Meet Shenandoah

Meet the National Parks litter! Zion, Yosemite Everglade and Shenandoah came from a small town in Arkansas just across the Missouri border called Piggott. Their Mom passed away when they still required bottle feeding. Originally, there were six puppies, but unfortunately, two babies did not make it. These puppies have been well socialized, they are very good with other dogs and children. Shenandoah is such a sweetheart. She is the smallest of the litter, but has a strong personality. She is a beautiful tri color. Shenandoah loves to play and romp with the best of them! Please call Country Acres Rescue at 636-227-1919 to inquire more about our Adoption process and how to make Shenandoah apart of your loving family!
