Stover Animal Rescue, Inc.

We are an all volunteer nonprofit (501(c)3) dog and cat rescue organization funded completely by donations. We do this work because we love animals and believe volunteers benefit as much as the animals do from their work together. We hope to make a difference in our community by saving and improving the lives of animals, and promoting kindness and volunteerism for all.

Meet Hop

Hop is recovering from a very rough situation life has dealt him. Thin and banged up, left to forage with his brother and sister in the woods, he is now on his way to his best times. Hop loves to play games, especially tug of war, any kind of fetch. His focus is amazing. Hop is very affectionate and will make a wonderful companion for an experienced pitty owner who appreciates what the breed offers and understands impulse control issues he may have. He’s a smart boy and doing very well with basic commands.

Adoption Process
Fees are $105 for dogs/puppies; $45 for cats/kittens with spay/neuter, microchip, and immunizations appropriate for age. We personally interview and require completed applications (and a home visit may be needed) before having an adoption contract signed.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
