Meet Bella Marie

Tail type -      Descriptions           Bella Marie, her sister, Bella Grace and her brother Benjamin, are precious Jack Russell mixes who were born in mid February after their mother, Bella, was found as a stray. Poor Bella was discovered in an area in rural Mississippi known for dumping dogs, fortunately Wags took her in, but when shewas brought to the vet to be spayed, it was discovered she was pregnant, likely why she was dumped by her owners.    Bella had her puppies at the rescue and has been a wonderful mama to them! The pups loves to run and play and then snuggle up together in a puppy pile to nap. They are doing well house training, but like any puppies they will need to refresher course as they adjust to a new home.    Bella is about 15 pounds, we expect Bella Grace, Bella Marie, and Benjamin to be all under 20 pounds full grown.       The Puppies are arriving from Mississippi to their new foster homes in the northeast on Saturday, June 7. They will make wonderful family dogs.    Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter. Most of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. We do have some of our dogs in foster homes in the northeast, we always need foster homes! For more information on adopting any of our Wags dogs please email [email protected]

Adoption Process
we have an adoption application and require a deposit while we check references, we do home visits or ask for videos, and FaceTime if we’re not able to get to the home.
