Meet Angelo

Why hello there, my name is Angelo!  I am a charming white and grey male Havanese!  I am four years old, and I weigh approximately ten pounds.  I am heartworm negative, up to date on shots, and will be neutered before adoption! Are you a fan of Netflix crime documentaries?  I sure am.  I love watching shows with my foster mom and I’ve picked up some skills.  What skills could I learn from crime documentaries, you ask?  I have become a self-proclaimed level five stalker.  When I pick a human, they are mine.  I will follow them until the end of time!  If you chose me, forget ever being alone again.  Everywhere you go, I will be.  Ok, ok, you can shower alone, but rest assured, I will be waiting right next to the shower door.  I dream is just snuggling up on the couch with my human and just staring into each other’s eyes for awhile, that would be magical! I can be a little timid with new people at first, but once I warm up to you, I will be your forever friend.  My foster mom says I’m VERY sweet. I am doing really well on my house training, and I don’t have any accidents.  However, I do need to be let out often as house training is still fairly new to me.  I cannot be left alone for more than four hours at a time.  I am not destructive, but I am really working on solidifying my awesome potty skills and need someone that can help keep me on a schedule. I am good with other dogs and it’s unknown how I am with cats but that can be tested before adoption if needed.  I would do best in a home without young children as I am a little timid with sudden movements and I run when scared. I would need a home with a fenced yard as I’m not a huge fan of walking on a leash yet but I’m learning.  A yard would be necessary for me to safely do my business and work on my stalking skills. My foster mom says I’m not a barker and a very laid-back guy.  I am a Havanese which means my coat grows long and beautiful.  I don’t shed which is a plus, but I do need a home that is willing to groom me or take me to a groomer often to keep my coat beautiful!  I am so excited to find my forever person.  If you think a level five stalker is the perfect fit for your household, please apply to adopt Angelo today!  www.tireddogrescue.org
