Meet Ripley

Ripley, who we call Rip, is the more submissive between her and her sister Geneva.  She is a calmer quieter version, who is used to her sister saving her and would benefit from a confident dog in the household.   She is shy and quiet when first meeting someone but quickly warms up with lots of kisses and cuddles.  She is huge on cuddling and loves the 7 year old human in the house.  She has the most gentle soul.  You can tell when you meet her that she is cuddly and soft and sweet.  Just wants to be loved more than anything in the world.  Such soft, giving eyes. She LOVES anything soft and cushy and especially loves to snuggle right up to her humans.  She’s a champ on car rides … she loves them.  She wants to play with the four foster cats in the home but they are not amused.  She keeps her kennel clean and is doing really good with cues to let you know she has to go potty.  She is really a smart, good girl! She is SO cute when she turns her head side to side when you talk to her as if she is literally trying to understand the words coming out of your mouth!   Ripley is from a local reservation. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. *Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.* If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
