Meet Philip, the tiny, adorable puppy who is ready to steal your heart! This little guy may be small, but he’s got a big personality. Philip is playful, curious, and as cute as a button—he’s the kind of puppy you’ll want to take everywhere with you! While he’s still learning the ropes, he’s a quick study and very smart, so with a bit of training, he’ll be the perfect companion in no time. Philip does really well in his crate, he’s also great in the car, making him the perfect travel buddy for weekend adventures. This little guy loves to play fetch, enjoys his toys, and is eager to please. He’s gentle, affectionate, and always up for some cuddles. Philip is attached to his mom and may need a little help building his confidence in new situations, but with patience and love, he’ll blossom into a confident, happy pup. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and adorable puppy who will be your best friend and bring endless joy to your home, Philip is your guy! With a little time, patience, and lots of love, he’ll be the perfect addition to your family. Philip is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 05/30/2025 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame.  Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
