Meet Serena
Meet Serena, a sweet and spunky 16-week-old Pitbull Terrier mix who’s ready to find her forever home! With her dramatic stretches and her adorable piggy snorts (yes, she snorts like a piggy when she sleeps), Serena is impossible not to fall for.Serena is already proving to be one smart cookie. She’s mastered sit, shake, and lay down — and she’s picking up on house training incredibly well. She’s almost fully potty trained and does a great job letting you know when she needs to go out, especially when she’s in her crate. Serena is a total champ about her crate— she goes in on command and settles in without a fuss, only making noise if she really needs a bathroom break. This little lady is full of typical puppy energy. She loves toys (although they mysteriously disappear under the couch), playing with her canine siblings, and snuggling up in bed with her humans after a big day of fun. She doesn’t need a fenced yard — she just needs a family who will keep up her training, give her lots of love, and maybe let her sneak in some naps next to you. When making feline friends, Serena is curious and playful with cats in the home and is learning how to be a polite little sister to them. Like any puppy, she'll also need supervision around young kids as she learns, but so far she's been sweet and gentle, giving plenty of kisses. If you’re ready for a bright, silly, and snuggly best friend, Serena is ready to meet you!If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $550.
