Meet Rocky, a delightful AKC registered, 2 years- 10 months old, male Doberman who has recently become a part of our rescue family. Rocky is very sweet-natured, quiet, and affectionate companion who thrives on human interaction. Our initial observations reveal that he has a gentle demeanor and a loving heart, making him an ideal addition to any caring home. Rocky comes with a positive background, having previously shared his life with a 2-year-old Yorkie and an older couple. Despite his size, Rocky impresses us with his excellent leash manners, making walks enjoyable for both him and his human companion. One of Rocky's standout qualities is his housebroken and crate trained nature. He is a gem indoors and outside. This well-behaved boy shows respect for his environment and is an absolute joy to have around. Crate and house trained! Rocky does have a high prey drive so a home with no cats preferred! If you're seeking a big, lovable canine companion to add warmth and joy to your home, Rocky might be the perfect match. We encourage interested individuals or families to submit an adoption application promptly to be considered for Rocky's forever home. Don't miss the chance to welcome this loving Doberman into your life—Rocky is ready to share his heart with you! Rocky is fully vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. To initiate the adoption process, please visit our website at www.uniteddobermanrescue.org or contact us for more information. Let's give Rocky the loving home he deserves!
Adoption Process
Applicants must submit an adoption application, followed by background and reference checks, and finally a home visit to be completed by a qualified volunteer. A home visit report is submitted to the Board of Directors for review. If approved, the applicant is allowed to meet available dogs in our care. If the applicant decides to adopt, a detailed contract must be executed together with an adoption donation ranging from $250 to $500.
