Meet Rue

Hi, I’m Rue – a joyful, treat-loving bundle of energy looking for my forever family! My foster mom says I’m the cutest and sweetest little ball of energy around, and I’m always ready to prove it with a good case of the zoomies. Whether I’m showing off my stuffy toy collection (yes, I can carry multiple at once!) or playing with my doggy pals, I’m all about fun and love. After I’ve gotten my zoomies out, you’ll often find me snuggled up for cuddle time. I’m super smart and already picking up on training—treats help a lot! I sleep quietly through the night in my kennel and am working hard on potty training (I’m so close!). I live with dogs (extra big to medium size), two human kids (ages 7 and 12), and even cats! I do get a little excited when the cats start zooming, but a quick call of my name and I settle down nicely. I’ll thrive in a home that can give me an outlet for my playful energy—walks, games, training, or even dog sports! If you’re looking for a loving, silly, and smart pup to grow with, I just might be your perfect match. Rue is ready to run into your heart—are you ready to meet her? Rue is from a local impound.
