Meet JUSTIN

Hi, I'm Justin, a 33-pound, 5-month-old Golden Retriever mix, and I'm looking for my forever home. My journey started in a scary place—as a stray puppy brought into a kill shelter where I was flea-bitten, hungry and frightened. But now, thanks to some wonderful people, I'm flea-free, well-fed, and ready to find a loving family! I’m being fostered near Coldwater, Michigan.I'm a sweet and rambunctious puppy who loves to play, and after a fun romp, there's nothing better than a good nap by your side. I get along great with other dogs and would love a FENCED-IN YARD to run and play in, especially if I have another dog friend. And boy do I love playing in the water - my foster Mom got me a kiddie pool and it’s the best! I haven't met any cats yet, but with the right introductions, I think I could get along with them, too. I'm also really good with kids and love being part of a family.I'm learning my house manners, like not jumping on counters, and I'm very food motivated without showing any food aggression. I already know how to sit and am working on other commands. My potty training is going well, and I'm comfortable in my crate. Plus, I'm neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on my vaccines.
