Meet PRESLEY

Hey, everyone, I'm Presley!I'm an adorable 1 year old lab mix and I weigh just over 50 pounds. I have the prettiest white markings but am mostly black in color. I came to the shelter about a week ago and was super scared when I got here but am gradually getting used to my human and fur friends. I got to play in two different dog/dog playgroups today and I had so much fun with a couple of my buddies that stay with me here.Since I am still a bit shy and unsure of my surroundings, I would do best in more of a quiet home with not a lot going on. If you do have children, it would be better if they were older and not as rough playing with me. I love treats and balls and I eat my food very nicely and politely.I cannot go to a home with smaller animals or cats.I don't know any tricks yet, so I would do really great with a family that would be dedicated to taking me to basic obedience training where I can learn very good manners. If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. My adoption fee is $50!JOIN US FOR THE BISSELL PET FOUNDATION EMPTY THE SHELTERS ADOPTION EVENT HAPPENING MAY 1-15!We will be open Saturday, May 4 from 10am-3pm for a unique `May the Forth be with You Event - THE SHELTER BARKS BACK!
