Meet Sage - Located in TX
Young Sage was dumped on the streets of Houston TX. A kind person at a local business posted about her on social media, but it took over a week to trap her. Thank goodness she finally was, because she had a lethal infection, pyometra, in her uterus. She would have perished within days left untreated. Fortunately we were able to get her immediately to a vet and save her life. Sage will need some recovery time before we can fully get to know her. However she has already shown herself to be a very resilient dog, and is cooperative on a leash and patient. More to come soon!***********************************************All MAD dogs come with a series 3 Fi Collar and a six-month subscription. To apply to adopt, please fill out the application by clicking on the Adopt button or ask for this dog to be added to your existing application.We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport.
