Mission StatemetMalinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue, Inc. (MAD) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which is dedicated to rescuing Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherds who have found themselves without a home (surrendered, discarded, abused, neglected or impounded). MAD does not have a physical location and is operated by compassionate, like-minded professionals who volunteer their time and resources to help save and care for the Malinois and Dutch Shepherds. All animals that are accepted by MAD are spayed or neutered, given medical attention and rehabilitation, as needed, and placed with foster homes until their health and evaluations are completed and they are ready to be placed in their loving permanent homes.

Meet Winsome Willow - Located in TX

Located in Texas, this darling one-year-old female Belgian Malinois was saved from the streets by a kind-hearted couple who found her wandering with an injured leg. They lovingly took her in, got her the veterinary care she needed, and ensured she was vaccinated and spayed.  Now this loving girl is looking for her forever home.  Winsome Willow is: Crate trained Housebroken Great with other dogs Playful and loving Good with young children Treat-motivated and eager to learn Medium energy with prey drive for rabbits & squirrels Gentle with cats—she plays but never harms themWillow is a low/medium energy girl who needs plenty of exercise,  mental stimulation of lots of cuddles!  She rides great in the car, adores her foster brother and knows only sit, but her foster is working on more obedience - she simply  has never been trained before.  With attention and patience, we know she will shine and become a source of joy for her lucky adopter.To apply to adopt, please fill out the application by clicking on the Adopt button or ask for her to be added to your existing application.***********************************************We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport. The basic information that we have available is in our posting, but sometimes fosters and adoption counselors will post updates on the MAD Rescue Facebook page as well, https://www.facebook.com/groups/malinoisanddutchshepherdrescueinc.If you would like to further inquire on this animal, please fill out the application.
