Noah Project

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill animal shelter. We are dedicated to providing the compassionate well-being of abused, unwanted, and surrendered pets. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care, and are treated with love and respect as they await to be matched into loving forever homes! Our goal is to educate the community on animal welfare, collaborate with other shelters, and ultimately strive for a world where every companion animal has a loving home.

Meet Emmie Lu

Emmie Lu is a 1-year-old Welsh Corgi with a big personality and even bigger energy! This little lady is full of life and looking for a forever home that can keep up with her playful and adventurous spirit. She’s obsessed with balls and squeaky toys and always ready for her next activity. Emmie Lu thrives in an environment with a fenced yard and an active household—she’ll be your perfect companion for playtime and outdoor fun.Emmie Lu needs to be the only dog in the home, as she doesn’t like sharing her toys. She’s also nervous around children and is not a fit for a home with kids, as she gets upset when her toys are taken. Her behavior around cats is unknown, so slow introductions or a cat-free home may be best. She’s become very dependent on her people, so an ideal match would be someone who is home often and can offer her the companionship she craves.Emmie Lu is a great little dog with tons of love and playfulness to give—she just needs the right person to share it all with. You may find me on our website under "ADOPT
