Noah Project

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill animal shelter. We are dedicated to providing the compassionate well-being of abused, unwanted, and surrendered pets. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care, and are treated with love and respect as they await to be matched into loving forever homes! Our goal is to educate the community on animal welfare, collaborate with other shelters, and ultimately strive for a world where every companion animal has a loving home.

Meet Luca

Meet Luca!Luca is a 6-pound Pomeranian diva who is unapologetically needy, clingy, and absolutely devoted to his person. He’s 3 years old and ready to go to a home that will let him be the lap dog prince he believes he is!Luca lives for human companionship. He’ll bark if left in a kennel, not because he’s naughty—just because he can’t stand being away from you! He was never crate trained and prefers to sleep with his human. He’s housebroken, leash-trained, and even knows how to sit (when he feels like it).Likes: • Pup cups (he’ll sing for one!) • Sitting in laps, especially during car rides • Being brushed • Being the center of your worldDislikes: • Big dogs (they scare him) • Sharing his human with other pets • Kennels and alone time • Kids – he gets very nervous and will hideLuca would do best in a quiet, adult-only home where he can be the only pet and soak up all the attention. He’s a total sweetheart who just wants to be in your lap, your arms, or your general area 24/7. If you’ve got room in your heart (and lap) for a 6-pound fluffy shadow, Luca is your guy!You may find me on our website under "ADOPT
