Meet Ryker - Located in FL

Ryker had everything he needed - a loving home with an owner who adored him.  And then his owner became very ill, and could no longer provide this wonderful guy with the life he needs and deserves.  Ryker had to leave his home and is again looking for his forever home with a person who can love him, play with him, enjoy his athletic abilities and go on adventures.  And a person with a couch for cuddles, a ball thrower and a bike, preferably!Ryker has a solid training foundation.  He knows all basic commands as well as more advanced and has fantastic potential.  He needs someone who can provide him with an active life, a pal to play with.  He is highly toy motivated,, almost to the level of "ball is life."  He needs some "polish" on his commands now, as his prior owner's recent inability to train him as much as he needs, but when Ryker was evaluated he clearly showed that he knows what is expected of him and loves the interaction.  He likes to swim, chase balls, and play with toys such as Kongs.  On the leash, Ryker pulls somewhat at first but after he gets some energy out he is much more manageable.  With an active routine, he will easily return to his former level of obedience.Ryker also has a great off-switch.  Give him some good exercise/play time and he is ready for the couch and cuddle time.  Ryker loves to be touched, caressed and just hang out and, preferably, sleep with his person.  Ryker is truly a special boy.  The person who can provide him with an active daily routine, consistent training structure and mental stimulation for this smart guy will be rewarded with an amazing dog!All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and one-year subscription. If you are interested in adopting this pet please complete an application at this link  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/24689/generic. ***********************************************************************We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles.
