Brooks is a gentle, affectionate presence in any home, and he plays nicely with other dogs. While weâre not sure about his experience with cats, slow and supervised introductions are recommended.Recently, Brooks tested positive for heartworm, but donât worryâheâs already on a carefully managed 60-day treatment plan that will help him bounce back stronger than ever. Because of his treatment, he will be available through a foster-to-adopt program until heâs healthy enough to be neutered.Brooksâ adoption fee is just $75, which goes directly toward the cost of his heartworm treatment.
