Noah Project

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill animal shelter. We are dedicated to providing the compassionate well-being of abused, unwanted, and surrendered pets. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care, and are treated with love and respect as they await to be matched into loving forever homes! Our goal is to educate the community on animal welfare, collaborate with other shelters, and ultimately strive for a world where every companion animal has a loving home.

Meet Chewy

Meet Chewy!Chewy is an adorable 2-year-old Yorkie weighing about 10 pounds. He’s a friendly little guy who loves everyone he meets — kids, dogs, and even cats! Chewy previously lived with three cats and got along great with them, although he does occasionally enjoy a playful chase.Chewy has a big personality and plenty of energy! He loves toys (especially Beanie Babies), dental sticks, and is always up for a walk or a car ride. He's kennel trained and housebroken — he’ll even sit and bark by the door to let you know when he needs to go outside. He already knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come, and since he's very treat-motivated, he would easily pick up even more tricks with a little training!Chewy enjoys playing in water as long as it’s shallow and safe. Given his energy level, he would thrive in an active home with a fenced yard where he can run and play. He would especially love a family with kids to keep him company and burn off some of his excitement. If you're looking for a fun, lively, and loving companion, Chewy might be the perfect match for you!You may find me on our website under "ADOPT
