Whitey's Only Wish Rescue Inc

Whitey's Only Wish is a 501(c)(3) Rescue. In honor of Whitey, my precious baby Chow Chow, I keep my promise to her to help puppies in need. For decades we would bring supplies, food and treats to the shelters and rescues in our area together. In 2011, Whitey was rushed to the ER where the Vet said I needed to prepare as she would not be coming home. I sat by her side in the hospital for three days, promising her if she got better we would help puppies in need. Against all odds she did recover. So in an attempt to keep my promise, in the last 5+ years, I worked with various rescues and foundations to help those animals that needed help most.I decided in August 2016 to start Whitey's Only Wish Rescue, and it was recognized as a 501(c)(3) in that same month! Whitey is now 14 years old and since her recovery has been a surrogate Mom to more than 200 puppies. Her assistant, Kodie, a 12 year old shepherd/Rottie, helps with our mission as well.

Hello, there, Cody, here. Just wanted to check in to let everyone know I had a sleepover with a family with some younger children, and I must be honest they were fine in small doses but spending weeks with them would not my ideal match. Older children who would be cautious not to move quickly & startle me would be okay. I am very shy so I need experienced parents who will help me to gain confidence in meeting new people & dealing with new situation. Another dog who is super accepting would be a plus as would be a fenced in yard. I am treat motivated and love to cuddle. so if you have room in your heart & home, I will repay you with unconditional love!
