Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Unknown, likely yesGood with kids: Yes, dog savvy childrenCrate trained: Unknown (Has not been regularly crated)House Trained: Mostly (1-2 accidents/week; just needs time and consistency)Sweet and chill, Thelma has an abundance of love to give. On the quieter side, she is obedient, smart, and eager to please.Any home should work for Thelma. With the ability to play and to relax with her toys and her people, she should fit in well with any household. Dog friendly, she loves to play and run with other pups almost as much as she enjoys playing with kids. Thelma is still learning not to jump up excitedly when greeting new people.Thelma will alert by jingling door bells when she wants to go outside. Her accidents are very infrequent and typically only happen when she does not want to go out in the rain. While she does great on a leash, she has not been regularly crated or exposed to cats. Thelma will hide and hoard the treats that she is not ready to eat immediately. While she especially relishes lying outside in the sun, she should be monitored as she does have some history of digging at fences. Loving and adaptable, Thelma cannot wait to move into her forever home! Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. If you cannot find a particular dog on our website, he/she may be on a temporary foster hold. All dogs are otherwise posted until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application.
