He is doing well being fostered in the suburbs with two doggy siblings, his foster currently shares, “Tony’s been one of the easiest puppy fosters I’ve had so far. One of my resident dogs can be selective of new dogs and absolutely adores him. He’ll be a great addition to any family ready for a puppy!”Tony is a medium energy pup, where he enjoys a good play session in the yard and then crashes for a two-hour nap immediately after. He gets along well with dogs of all ages and sizes and would do just fine with or without one in the home. He takes cues well from other dogs. Tony had some exposure to cats when fostered down south and had no issues with dog-savvy ones. While he’s not currently being fostered with kids, his friendly personality would likely be fine with one in the home.Tony is a smart boy who loves to sit for a treat and is eager to please. He is crate trained and house trained. He is crated throughout the day and may whimper for a few minutes but settle quickly. Also, he sleeps in the crate at night with no issues. Tony’s hasn’t had any accidents in the home yet since coming north but should be taken out on a regular schedule and routine as a young pup. He walks well on leash and enjoys his daily walks.Tony’s beautiful brindle coat and soulful brown eyes will have you falling in love in no time- is he the one for you?Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. Adoption Process
Adoption process includes an application with 2 references required plus vet check, landlord permission if renting and home visit. Must sign an adoption contract. Fees are $450 for dogs under 4 and $400 for dogs 4 and older.
