Fetching Hearts Rescue Corporation

Fetching Hearts Rescue is committed to saving the lives of homeless dogs through foster and adoption while promoting education on responsible pet ownership.Fetching Hearts is a rescue, not a dog shelter, and as such we do not have our dogs housed in one location – they are in foster homes both in Connecticut & with our southern rescue partners.

Meet Vito

Meet Vito!! This is one of the five Italian litter. They were in the shelter in Mississippi and needed our asap!! We took them and their mom into safety so they would be safe and could grow in a safe place. Vito is a energetic pup and absolutely loves attention. He had a broken leg as a tiny puppy and got a little extra snuggle time. This has healed and he is good to go as you can see he is a happy go lucky boy!!! Vito loves his toys and bones!!!! Fetching Hearts Rescue requires all adopters to go to training with puppies. This is the most important time for them to learn. We also require that they will not be left alone more than 2-3 hours a day. Puppies are a lot of work and require tons of attention, time and dedication. We take our pups very seriously!! If you want a happy go lucky boy to join your family forever, apply for Vito today!! He will make you laugh daily. He is the class clown!!
