Meet Otto

Meet Otto! A 2-year-old purebred German Shepherd hailing from North Palm Beach, FL, is eagerly seeking his next loving family, wherever they may be. This athletic canine is a sweet soul, deeply devoted to those he holds dear, showcasing remarkable obedience and an innate desire to bring joy to those around him. Whether he's frolicking in the yard or lounging in the sun, Otto's gentle spirit shines through in everything he does! One of Otto's greatest joys in life is riding shotgun in the car, his ears flapping in the breeze as he eagerly anticipates the adventures ahead. Trained both on and off leash, Otto is a shining example of canine obedience, effortlessly following commands like sit, down, stay, come, wait, drop it, place, and the ever-important "ok." Although Otto has a gentle soul, he has faced some behavioral challenges in the past. He has shown signs of aggression towards several individuals and has unfortunately bitten two people, likely due to fear. While his bites were not severe, Otto may bark and lunge when he feels threatened by certain people. Despite these challenges, Otto's resilience shines through when he's left alone for short periods. His crate serves as a cozy retreat, providing him with a sense of security and comfort in his solitude.  With his playful demeanor and moderate energy levels, Otto makes for a delightful companion for families willing to provide him with the love and care he deserves. Otto will do best in a quieter home, with not a lot of people coming and going. While he does like many people, he gets nervous easily. To make sure that Otto has a great start with his new family, we have a canine behaviorist available for a free consultation. Otto, weighing around 75 pounds, is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is ready to embark on his next chapter with a family who will cherish him as a beloved member of the pack! If you're ready to open your heart and home to this loyal and loving German Shepherd, reach out to [email protected] for more information on how to make Otto a part of your family today!
