Meet Pear

Good things start and end with positive vibes. Those positive vibes keep on coming when you have this adorable and wonderful pup, Pear in your life. This southern girl is a 1-year-old Australian Cattle dog mix weighing around 40 pounds. That puts her right in the medium size range and a perfect size of just right. Pear knows how to impress with her sweet and friendly demeanor. That demeanor extends out to making friends as well. She does well with other dogs, children and adults. One and all are sure to welcome her on daily adventures. With her good nature approach it is hard to resist interacting with her. She has not had the opportunity to meet a cat since coming into rescue. It is not known if she would be open to having a feline friend at this point. We do know that she thrives with an abundance of love and interaction. Pear possesses a medium energy level that will do great for outdoor adventure as well as snuggling during down time and anything in between. With much to learn during the process of adapting to home life, Pear has her sights set on learning her house, crate and leash training. They are works in progress, but she knows she will put her best effort into learning her skill set with her family supporting her the whole way through. Pear is a special dog, and we just cannot say enough great things about her. She will work to make her family proud of her. All she needs is a family to take her into their hearts and welcome her home. * Please keep in mind when considering adoption, dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust significantly better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability.The adoption fee for Pear is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
