To apply to adopt this dog now, complete our adoption application HERE To see our upcoming events where you can meet some of our dogs, please see HERE Age: 3 months (as of 1/13/24) Weight: 15.4 lbs (as of 1/12/24) Location: RI This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Meet Foxy, a member of the SmokeyNBandit litter! These pups are adorable Catahoula/Aussie mixes with adorable tan tricolor/merle coats. Foxy is affectionate, outgoing, and eager to please. She is playful and responsive to corrections from her humans, including resident 7-year-old, and cohabitating pups. She regularly entertains the 7-year-old and friends when they visit. Foxy has many hobbies including playing with squeak or chew toys, playing chase or bitey-mouth with other pups, and cuddling. Foxy's house, crate, and leash training are in progress, and she will need a patient adopter who is committed to continuing to work on these skills. We strongly recommend that all of our puppies attend obedience training to learn commands, develop confidence, and socialize with other dogs. Think Foxy would make the perfect sidekick? Fill out an application to let her know! An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this. To apply for this dog, fill out an adoption application on our website: www.sosarl.org/aa/ **Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
