Meet Bailey

Bailey here. Although I’m listed as a 1-2 y/o, 50# Heeler mix, my personality will show you that I’m lower energy compared to the normal breed. I’m a happy fun girl who is ready to add some joy, companionship and love to you and your family. Check out my coat: easy to maintain, cutest black speckles and black to go with any special (formal or informal) occasions. Since arriving here in PA, I have heard so much about the upcoming holidays and the cold weather. You could be the first to introduce me to Thanksgiving. I have so much to be thankful for! Christmas, wow that sounds exciting for us to share together. And snow! What is this snow I hear people getting excited for. I’ll bet I’d love it. You’ll never lose me. Remember I have that easy to find in snow black coat! I am dog and kid friendly. We don’t have cats at my foster home. I have already shown I can keep my crate, clean and have had no house accidents. I am up-to-date on all of my preventables and vaccines. I am also heartworm negative. If you were looking for an amazing girl, to share your life and love with. Apply today! Until then I’ll be staying in the Harrisburg area patiently waiting for you.   We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. We are an all-volunteer organization, and we are always looking for more help. All are invited to meet our dogs, but only pre-approved adopters with all household humans and dogs present will be able to adopt at the event. Adoption Process
$350 for all pups that are spayed and neutered. We don't believe in juvenile altering so the adoption fee for any pup under four months is $400. One the adopted family had altered the pup they send in the certificate and are credited $50. Contract applies as well sat rental check, vet check and three non family references.
