ALDO NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name:   Aldo         Best Guess for Breed:   Lab mix    Best Guess for Age:   12 years old          SEX:    male   Approximate Weight:  70lbs 10/27/23   Gets Along With:   Other dogs! Aldo is currently living with a cat and is doing well so we think he may do well with cats, with a proper introduction. Aldo is a senior dog who will do best in a more quiet and calm home so he's not recommended to a home with children.   Currently Living at:   Foster home   Special adoption considerations:   Aldo was diagnosed with heart failure in 2021 but has been on medications ever since. He has improved since starting medication.    Aldo is Looking For:   Aldo is looking for a calm and consistent home as he lives out his senior years. He is a friendly, mellow and very handsome boy. He enjoys the luxuries he's earned with age - naps, treats, short games of fetch, etc. Aldo's former owner loved him very much but is no longer able to care for him. Aldo would love nothing more than to continue living in a loving home, being able to enjoy his retirement. Although he's starting to look more like the graying George Clooney (aka very handsome), you can see a youthful spark in his eye. He doesn't let his age slow him down too much and enjoys short walks and quick games of fetch in the yard.  What My Foster Says About Me:   Coming soon! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $375, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
