Pepper's guardian states the following regarding children:  Pepper lives with a 2yo child so her guardian recommends her living with children, stating "Happy and playful". Pepper's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Although Pepper doesn't live with dogs, her guardian recommends her living with dogs, stating "Playful with brother and sister"; she has play dates with her brother and sister who live elsewhere. Pepper's guardian states the following regarding cats:  Pepper hasn't lived with or otherwise been around cats, so her guardian doesn't recommend her living with cats.
